Board of Directors

Raymond Pinto was appointed a Board Member to the Nassau County Industrial Development Agency on June, 27, 2022.  Mr. Pinto is a business professional with experience pursuing and executing infrastructure projects here in New York and across the US.

Mr. Pinto is currently a Vice President at Parsons, a nationally ranked engineering firm.  At Parsons, Mr. Pinto is the Eastern Regional Manager for Business Development across all critical infrastructure business units including transit, highways, bridges, tunnels, and civil utilities. He has a particular focus on alternative delivery projects in the Northeast.

Prior to Mr. Pinto’s time at Parsons, he worked within the construction industry for a general contractor in New York- starting as a construction field engineer and then moving into a business development role. In his expanded role, he pursued work throughout the nation under various procurement models including design-build, design-build-operate-maintenance, and financial/equity models.  

 He attended Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with specialization in machine dynamics and minors in economics and management. He continued his education at New York University – Stern School of Business, graduating with a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA), with a specialization in finance.

Mr. Pinto is a life-long resident of Nassau County and resides in Rockville Centre with his wife, Dana.
